Flax Seed Crust Cucumber Pizza

Instructions
  1. Spread your ball of “dough” 1/4-1/2 inch thick into round or square crust. Bake 30-35 minutes on parchment paper at 420 degrees.
  2. 20 minutes in, flip crust onto new parchment and bake another 10 minutes.
  3. Let cool. Add Cashew Sour Cream and Dill sauce. Layer cucumber slices on top. Season with extra dill, paprika, and salt if desired.

The Cucumber Pizza “sauce” (see below for cashew sour cream) Use 1.5 C cashew sour cream 2T dill (or more if desired!) 2 teaspoon garlic powder Dash of salt.

  1. Wash sweet potato thoroughly. Stab with fork or knife 2-3 times on each side.
  2. Using a microwave safe plate, microwave for 6-8 minutes. Flip and microwave an additional 2 minutes.
  3. Top with avocado and suggested seasonings or find your favorite seasonings!

Instructions
  1. Mash black beans in a bowl until majority are mashed, leaving some whole.
  2. Add in the sweet potato and mash and mix into the beans.
  3. Stir in the rolled oats and seasonings.
  4. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, take a medium sized ball of the mixture and form into a patty. They cook best when on the thinner side.
  5. Cook for 20 minutes at 425F, flip and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes.
  6. Serve on a bun, bread, or lettuce with your favorite toppings and condiments
