Flax Seed Crust Cucumber Pizza

  1. Spread your ball of “dough” 1/4-1/2 inch thick into round or square crust. Bake 30-35 minutes on parchment paper at 420 degrees.
  2. 20 minutes in, flip crust onto new parchment and bake another 10 minutes.
  3. Let cool. Add Cashew Sour Cream and Dill sauce. Layer cucumber slices on top. Season with extra dill, paprika, and salt if desired.

The Cucumber Pizza “sauce” (see below for cashew sour cream) Use 1.5 C cashew sour cream 2T dill (or more if desired!) 2 teaspoon garlic powder Dash of salt.
